Can I request a refund?

Yes, refunds are available under specific conditions:

Within 30 days:
You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

First purchase only:
The refund policy applies strictly to your first purchase. This allows you to evaluate whether the service meets your expectations. Once a refund has been granted, or if you proceed with any additional purchases, it is considered a fully informed decision, and no further refunds will be issued.

Challenge status:
Refunds are not available if the challenge has been successfully passed or if the service has been fully utilized in a way that demonstrates acceptance of the conditions.


Please note that repeated refund requests or multiple purchases followed by refund requests may be considered abuse of the refund policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse any future refund requests and/or restrict access to our services.
